Waiter/Waitress - Fine Dining Restaurant

A prestigious fine dining restaurant in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood is seeking experienced and service-driven Waiters and Waitresses to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a designated section of the restaurant during service, ensuring an attentive and seamless dining experience for guests.
  • Take food and drink orders, delivering exceptional service with a smile.
  • Maintain tables, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, including allergens, to provide informed recommendations to diners.
  • Collaborate with runners, bar staff, and the kitchen to ensure smooth service.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and actively participate in daily briefings.
  • Assist in setting up the restaurant before service and support all departments as needed.
Requirements:
