Career Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Server to join our front-of-house team.

As a member of our esteemed team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. You will play a key role in managing a section of the restaurant, overseeing service standards, and leading your team with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
• Manage a designated section of the restaurant, including table settings, guest interactions, and service flow.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including food and wine pairings, to make informed recommendations to guests.
• Uphold Casa Cruz's standards of service excellence and professionalism at all times.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization in your section and assist with overall restaurant upkeep.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring food safety and cleanliness in all aspects of service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a high-quality restaurant is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for food and beverage, with a desire to provide outstanding service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
