**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dining Service Professional to join our exceptional team as a Waiter. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding dining experience to our discerning guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Greet Guests**: Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • **Take Orders**: Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar, maintaining a smooth workflow.
  • **Provide Menu Information**: Offer detailed information about menu items, specials, and wine selections, showcasing your knowledge and expertise.
  • **Collaborate with Team**: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • **Handle Guest Inquiries**: Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with tact and professionalism.
  • **Maintain Cleanliness**: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.

**Requirements:**

  • **Proven Experience**: Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant or similar establishment.
  • **Exceptional Customer Service**: Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • **Knowledge of Fine Dining Etiquette**: Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards, with a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience.
