Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar, maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and wine selections, showcasing your knowledge and expertise.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service, meeting the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with tact and professionalism, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant or similar establishment, demonstrating your ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards, ensuring a polished and professional service.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
