Nursing Assistant Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant Supervisor to join our team at Seccombe Court in Banbury.

As a Nursing Assistant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our nursing team, including administering medication, conducting risk assessments, and supporting care assistants with daily tasks.

Your estimated annual salary is £26,800 - £32,500 depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Overseeing the administration of medication and recording it accurately and safely.
  • Conducting risk assessments to identify potential hazards and taking steps to mitigate them.
  • Supporting care assistants with daily tasks to promote independence and activity among residents.
  • Working closely with the leadership team to enhance services and drive quality improvement.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports.

About You:

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team of nursing assistants.
  • Strong understanding of medication administration and recording procedures.
  • Experience working in a care setting or willingness to train.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
