School Behaviour Advisor

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated School Behaviour Advisor to join our team at Hurstmere School.
This is a full-time (32.5 hours per week), permanent role, Term Time Only + 1 week, paid based on the Bexley NJC pay scale Point 7.
As a School Behaviour Advisor, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to develop and implement effective behaviour strategies that meet the needs of our pupils.
You will be responsible for supporting pupils who require additional help with their behaviour, helping them to achieve their potential targets and become the 'best that they can be'.
