Employee Relations Advisor Role

Location: West Midlands, with 20% hybrid working arrangement across multiple locations

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Position: Permanent

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Employee Relations Advisor to join our expanding team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for handling complex cases, sensitive scenarios, and employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to upskill managers and employees
  • Review and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices
  • Support investigations and grievance procedures
  • Collaborate with the Employee Relations Manager to drive business growth and employee engagement
