Clinical Research Nurse

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Nurse to join our Clinical Research Delivery team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Research Nurse, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the day-to-day management of research studies, ensuring the smooth delivery of clinical trials, and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the day-to-day management of research studies, including patient recruitment, data collection, and sample processing.
- Work collaboratively with clinical colleagues to champion research and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and maintain accurate and confidential records, ensuring compliance with research governance frameworks and ICH-Good Clinical Practice.
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and healthcare professionals on research-related topics.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of research protocols, ensuring alignment with Trust policies and guidelines.
- NMC Registered Nurse with a graduate-level qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in clinical research or clinical trials, with a strong understanding of ICH-Good Clinical Practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team.
- Computer literacy and presentation skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize work effectively.
- Commitment to achieving objectives, with a strong focus on patient safety and advocacy.
