About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research Nurse to join our dynamic Clinical Research Delivery team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the day-to-day management of research studies, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with clinical colleagues to champion research and promote a culture of innovation within the trust.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with research participants, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the trial process.
  • Collect and process samples, monitor patient safety, and maintain accurate and confidential records.
  • Work collaboratively with the research team to identify and address any challenges or concerns that may arise during the trial.
Requirements
  • NMC Registered Nurse with a graduate-level qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and experience in clinical research/clinical trials, with a strong understanding of ICH Good Clinical Practice.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team, with a commitment to achieving objectives and delivering high-quality results.
  • Computer literacy and presentation skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize work effectively.
