Senior Clinical Psychologist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Senior Clinical Psychologist to work within a leading mental health treatment centre based in London.
This reputable service provides fast access to high-quality treatment for various conditions, including addictions, depression, anxiety, stress, and eating disorders.
To be considered for this position, applicants must be HCPC registered and hold Chartered Status with the British Psychological Society.
As the Clinical Psychologist, key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a role model to promote a culture of learning, development, inquiry, and team vision.
- Managing and supervising junior staff.
- Providing evidence-based assessment and interventions for young people on the unit.
- Supporting the wider team through reflective practice.
- Collaborating with the Ward Manager to identify areas for development and supporting the team in implementing new initiatives.
- Actively supporting and contributing to effective multi-disciplinary working.
Desirable skills and experience include:
- Experience working with complex cases.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
- Effective written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience working within CAMHS.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum and access to a range of benefits including NMC payment, free on-site parking, and a subsidised meal plan.
