Business Development Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Sales Associate to join our team at DSQUARED2.
About the RoleThis role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store environment and visual merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Contribute to achieving store targets by maintaining good sales levels and promoting products effectively.
- Maintain outstanding store appearance and visual merchandising standards, adhering to company guidelines.
- Support stock activities, including deliveries and stock maintenance, to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Process e-commerce marketplace orders in accordance with Store Manager instructions.
- Stay updated on product information to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Foster business relationships with customers, handling complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Deep knowledge of products and inventory, with a keen eye for detail.
- Results-driven, with a focus on meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
