Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our sales team at Nasstar. As one of the UK's fastest growing MSPs, we are on the lookout for an individual who is passionate about technology and has a proven track record in sales.
The ideal candidate will have experience in inside sales, telesales or a similar sales role, with a strong understanding of CRM software and other sales tools. They will be proficient in using Microsoft products, particularly Data, AI or SASE technologies, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Our Business Development Associate will take a strategic and proactive approach to nurturing business relationships with prospective clients, building and maintaining relationships with sales teams, and collaborating with other departments to achieve organisational goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sales Prospecting: Conduct proactive outbound calls and emails to identify and qualify potential customers.
- Nurturing Campaigns: Nurture Prospects without immediate needs through maintaining contact through email and social networking.
- Learning and Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Nasstar's products and services, their features, advantages, and benefits.
- Managing Relationships: Relationship Building with Sellers to support the generation of sales and increase of pipeline.
What you can expect from us:
