Job Overview

We are recruiting for a seasoned Construction Safety Consultant to join our team at AndersElite. As a key member of our HSEQ department, you will be responsible for promoting a positive health and safety culture within the business.


About the Role

The successful candidate will be based in Worcestershire, working across multiple sites in the Midlands region. You will be expected to provide guidance and support to colleagues to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of HSEQ performance.
  • Investigate incidents and near misses to identify root causes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive health and safety culture.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in health and safety, such as NEBOSH.
  • Significant experience in a similar role, preferably within the civil engineering sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of quality control procedures.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • A high standard of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of £45k-£50k, plus a car allowance (£6540) and other benefits.
