We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Education Support Professional to join our team at a warm and welcoming primary school in Pershore, Worcestershire. As an Education Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing excellent 1:1 support to a child in their Year 2 class with complex learning difficulties.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualised support to the child, utilising their Education Health Care Plan to conduct sessions
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to ensure the child receives comprehensive support
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the child, their family, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2:1 UK-based Psychology, Childhood Studies or Youth Work degree
  • Prior experience working with children in a school setting
  • Naturally outgoing and resilient individual with excellent communication skills
