About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in East Devon. As a New Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and winning new business across the area, working Monday to Friday. You will be based from your home office and will be responsible for self-generating leads, converting warm leads, and managing your sales pipeline to deliver results and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth
  • Building relationships with property owners and estate agents to promote holiday lettings
  • Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best deals for clients
  • Providing advice and support to property owners on how to feature and sell their properties as holiday lets
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the Travel & Tourism industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
