Job Description:

  • Develop and implement an engineering strategy that supports operational goals, driving continuous improvement and cost efficiency initiatives.
  • Lead a skilled engineering team, inspiring them to achieve peak performance and delivering exceptional results.
  • Maintain site compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities to minimize downtime, aligning with the company's overall objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and site goals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope, providing transparent financial reporting.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in a senior engineering position, preferably within an FMCG or similar high-paced manufacturing environment.
  • A strong technical background with a relevant engineering qualification, demonstrating expertise in modern maintenance practices.
  • Exceptional people management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • A strategic mindset, coupled with the ability to execute plans effectively and drive business growth.
  • Knowledge of TPM or Lean methodologies, with experience in implementing process improvements.

Salary Information

The salary for this position is approximately $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
