Pharmacy Leadership Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pharmacy Leadership Role professional to join our team at Pulse in Liverpool. This temporary placement covers 79 shifts, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Liaise with the team to ensure effective planning and coordination of aseptic product preparation.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks on aseptic preparations to guarantee their safety and efficacy.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills on aseptic techniques and procedures.
  • Manage inventory levels of aseptic products and materials, ensuring timely replenishment and availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services or Qualified Pharmacy Technician with relevant certification.
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a pharmacy technician.
  • Minimum of 2 years' post-registration hospital pharmacy experience.
  • Proven experience in leadership and supervision.
