About the Role:

This Senior Quantity Surveyor position requires a highly motivated and experienced individual to act as the commercial lead on designated projects.

  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all contractual procedures are followed.
  2. The ideal candidate will have solid understanding of NEC/ECC/JCT form contract management knowledge.
  3. The position involves preparing tender documents, contracts & budgets, and managing project cost control systems.
Requirements:
  1. A degree or similar qualification in quantity surveying or relevant field is required.
  2. Proven track record working across multiple sites/projects simultaneously.
  3. Good Excel/IT Skills.
Benefits and Compensation: The company offers a competitive daily rate of £400 based on a 5-day work week.
