Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP Product to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our leadership, you'll play a crucial role in driving the development and execution of our product vision, ensuring we deliver value to our users and stay ahead of the competition.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and vision in collaboration with our CEO and cross-functional teams.
- Lead and inspire a team of Product Managers and Product Designers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and user-centricity.
- Attract, coach, and develop world-class talent, ensuring we have the best people in the industry.
- Drive execution across multiple teams, products, and geographies, ensuring seamless delivery and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our CEO to develop and refine our product vision, ensuring alignment with our company's overall mission and goals.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing product teams in product-first companies.
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to balance short-term execution with long-term vision.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Deep understanding of the latest technologies and trends in the industry, with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
- Experience working with AI and machine learning, with a strong analytical mindset and ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
