VP Product Quality and Business Development Job Description

A seasoned professional with a strong background in engineering and manufacturing is sought after to fill the role of VP Product Quality and Business Development. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of product quality and business development strategies, with a proven track record of success in leading within the industrial/manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement product quality strategies to drive excellence across the company
  • Lead business development initiatives to expand market share and drive revenue growth
  • Oversee engineering and manufacturing departments to ensure optimal operations and efficiency
  • Collaborate with product development teams to enhance product offerings and drive innovation
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Drive team performance towards achieving company goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • University degree in Engineering or related field
  • Proven success leading within the industrial/manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of product quality and business development strategies
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Outstanding communication and relationship management skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
