Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP Product to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our leadership, you'll play a crucial role in driving the development of our product, Choco, which creates value for our users. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing the product strategy, roadmap, and vision in collaboration with our CEO and cross-functional teams.
  • Leading and inspiring a team of Product Managers and Product Designers to deliver high-quality products that meet user needs.
  • Attracting, coaching, and developing world-class talent to drive product innovation and growth.
  • Collaborating with regional leaders and senior leadership to set clear priorities and drive execution.
  • Evolving user value and understanding across the organization.
Requirements

We're looking for a strong and inspiring leader with a proven track record in product development and strategy. Key qualifications include:

  • Strategic thinking and execution skills, with the ability to balance short-term goals with long-term vision.
  • Experience in building world-class products in product-first companies, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong product intuition and analytical mindset, with the ability to back thoughts with data.
  • Ability to thrive in complex, ambiguous, and unknown environments, providing a way forward.
  • Experience working with AI and machine learning, with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to attract, coach, and develop top talent.
