Salary: $21-$26 per hour

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Behavioral Therapist to join our team As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing individualized ABA therapy services to children and teens with autism, helping them develop essential life skills and achieve their full potential.

About the Role

  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children and teens with autism, tailored to their unique needs and goals
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement treatment plans that promote learning, socialization, and self-improvement
  • Provide support and guidance to families, empowering them to navigate the challenges of caring for a child with autism
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date on best practices and research in ABA therapy and autism support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • At least 6 months of experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a therapeutic setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with clients and families
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
