About the Role

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and guidance to ensure that our service users receive exceptional care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert clinical advice and guidance to support the development of effective care plans
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Mentoring and supporting newly qualified nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and excellence
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Registered Nurse Qualification (LD/MH) and relevant experience in mental health settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a passion for driving clinical excellence
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and keeping up-to-date with best practices in mental health care
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
