Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Statutory Accountant to join our team at Fed Finance Careers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UK statutory accounting and experience in preparing statutory accounts under IFRS and consolidated accounts.

The successful candidate will work closely with multiple business partners to collect, aggregate and prepare the accounts, and be the key contact with external auditors. They will also be responsible for managing transfer pricing and reviewing final documents.

In addition, they will have experience of Group audit and providing Business Partnering support. A strong Excel knowledge is essential, and UK tax knowledge would be an advantage.

The estimated salary for this role is around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive package, including a fixed-term contract for 9 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing statutory accounts under IFRS and consolidated accounts
  • Managing transfer pricing
  • Reviewing final documents
  • Working closely with multiple business partners
  • Being the key contact with external auditors

Requirements:

  • Accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA or CIMA)
  • Experience in preparing statutory accounts
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge
  • Experience of Group audit
  • Previous experience of providing Business Partnering support
  • Strong Excel knowledge
