Job Summary:

AA Euro Group is seeking a highly skilled Site Commercial Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the commercial and contractual management of site activities and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and monitor other commercial site personnel, and allocate tasks to the team.
  • Have responsibility for the claim management for site works, establishing necessary supporting documentation, assessing risk as well as incoming and outgoing claim potential, in close coordination with the relevant work package holder.
  • Participate in commercial negotiations to reach agreements with subcontractors for allocated packages, in collaboration with relevant technical or project personnel.
  • Ensure correct administration of payment procedures in accordance with contract and legislation, and issue respective documents correctly and in time.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in major project delivery, including construction of industrial plants (project construction site experience an advantage).
  • Proficient in standard form and bespoke contracts - NEC and FIDIC an advantage and familiar with applicable HSEQ legal requirements.
  • Commercially aware with experience in change management and producing claims.
