Site Services Engineer

Our client, a leading manufacturer of passive fire facades and protection products, is seeking a dedicated Site Services Engineer to oversee and coordinate site activities across the Midlands and West Region. As a Site Services Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of site surveys, inspections, and customer training, all while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct site surveys and inspections using a reporting app to ensure accurate data collection.
- Deliver comprehensive on-site customer training on passive fire facades and protection systems to enhance customer knowledge and satisfaction.
- Coordinate work scheduling with the Site Services Supervisor and Coordinator to optimize site operations and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Oversee project data management, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and customer training sessions to maintain strong client relationships and ensure project success.
- Prior experience as a Site Services Engineer or in a similar role managing passive fire facades is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with site survey and inspection processes, with training provided on site audit software.
