Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Romax Site Services Ltd in Birmingham, B18.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks across our healthcare estate.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Undertake proactive maintenance, repairs, and inspection of mechanical building services in accordance with relevant standards and operational procedures.
  2. Work on Mechanical Systems, DHW, LPHW, CHW, Ventilation Systems, and previous pipe fitting duties.
Requirements:
  1. NVQ level 3 in Maintenance Services.
  2. Ability to work both alone and in a team.
  3. A good standard of Secondary Education, including Maths and English.
  4. Enhanced DBS certificate required.
