About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team at Anderselite Ltd. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of construction projects, particularly in the water treatment sector.


Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct site inspections and report any hazards or defects.
  • Develop and implement site management plans to meet project deadlines.
  • Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
  • Monitor and control site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment usage.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in construction management, particularly in the water treatment sector. You should have a degree in engineering or a related field and be a member of a relevant professional institution. You should also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


Requirements:

  • A degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
  • A member of a relevant professional institution.
  • Relevant construction experience and performance on similar projects.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
