About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Deputy Service Manager. This exciting opportunity will see you take on a leadership role within our Supported Living Services, where our team supports individuals in their own homes and out in the community.

As a Deputy Service Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment of new staff, ensuring they receive the necessary training and induction. You will also provide structured supervision to the staff team, assist with personal reviews, and identify areas for training and development.

Key responsibilities will include leading staff meetings, providing hands-on clinical guidance, and responding to poor performance or conduct issues. You will also be responsible for monitoring attendance, conducting return-to-work interviews, and ensuring staff complete timesheets and annual leave requests.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a developing leader with a desire to progress into a managerial role. Previous experience in a Supported Living or Residential service is ideal, as is experience working with adults with Learning Disabilities or Mental Health conditions. You will be willing to undertake further training or development deemed essential to fulfilling your role.
