Early Years Apprentice

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Apprentice to join our team at Bright Horizons Forest Park Day Nursery and Preschool. As an Early Years Apprentice, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children, aged from birth to five years old.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a nursery team to provide a safe and nurturing environment for our children
  • Plan and implement engaging activities and learning experiences that promote children's development and well-being
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless care and education
  • Contribute to the development of our nursery's policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • GCSE Grade C/Level 4 or above in Maths and English (or Functional Skills Level 2)
  • Previous experience working with children (desirable but not essential)
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents
