Early Years Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Early Years Apprentice at Bright Horizons Forest Park Day Nursery and Preschool.
About the RoleAs an Early Years Apprentice, you will be working alongside our experienced team to provide high-quality care and education to children from birth to five years old. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing engaging learning activities and play opportunities
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Contributing to a safe and nurturing environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social development
- Collaborating with the nursery team to plan and deliver curriculum-based activities
- Supporting children's learning and development through observation, assessment, and recording

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Maths and English GCSEs at Grade C/Level 4 or above (or Functional Skills Level 2)
- Previous experience working with children (although not essential)
- A passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
