We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Bracknell Day Nursery and Preschool.
About the RoleAs an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing engaging activities tailored to each child's needs, promoting their development towards key milestones. You will also develop and maintain strong parent/carer partnerships, ensuring child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and safeguarding.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-5 years
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Contribute to a safe and healthy environment, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or preschool setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
