Civil Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Structural Engineer to join our team at High Profile Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing civil structures, particularly within the water consultancy industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform technical design and analysis for new and existing steel and concrete structures using appropriate software and guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to support project delivery.
- Lead quality, sustainability, and safety initiatives throughout the design and asset lifecycle.
- Assist in preparing project briefs, scopes of work, and bid proposals.
- Manage time and budgets to meet project milestones and schedules.
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Chartered Engineer, member of IStructE or ICE.
- Extensive experience in reinforced concrete (RC) design, including water and soil retaining structures and foundations.
- Experience in steelwork design.
- Understanding of geotechnics and soil-structure interactions.
- Ability to prepare, review, and approve structural designs.
- Proficiency in computational analysis techniques and software; knowledge of BIM is a plus.
- Ownership and leadership in growing the company's capability.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
- Client-facing with strong relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communicator, able to explain complex concepts to various audiences.
