About the Role

We are seeking a talented Civil and Structural Engineering professional to join our team at Hydrock Stantec. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering sustainable projects that meet the needs of our clients and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring technical excellence and sustainability.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients and project teams on civil and structural engineering matters.
  • Manage your workload to meet project deadlines, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Relevant industry experience and qualifications in civil and structural engineering.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of sustainable urban drainage, biodiversity net gain, and flood risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and project teams.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools, including AutoCAD, WinDES, PDS, and Civil 3D.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel as required.
  • Student or Graduate Membership with the ICE and/or IStructE.
