About the Role

We are seeking a talented Civil and Structural Engineering professional to join our team at Hydrock, now Stantec. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in delivering sustainable projects that shape the built environment and improve the quality of life for our communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop technical skills through complex project work and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Prepare reports, provide advice, and guidance to clients and project teams
  • Engage in STEM activities and liaise with internal and external team members
  • Manage workload to meet project deadlines and contribute to project team meetings
  • Develop commercial awareness by assisting with proposal preparation and tendering
Requirements
  • Buy into Hydrock's values and ethos
  • Offer attributes such as sustainable urban drainage knowledge, digital engineering skills, or additional languages
  • Relevant industry experience and software tool proficiency
  • Student or Graduate Membership with the ICE and/or IStructE
