About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Account Executive to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our online grocery retail customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain solid business relationships with customers to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Develop and implement category strategies to meet trading and performance objectives.
  • Negotiate and agree trading agreements with customers to achieve financial targets.
  • Build and present business plans to customers to drive growth and profitability.
  • Support the wider team with data analysis and forecasting insight to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Degree-level educated or equivalent preferred.
  • Front-line customer management experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of interpreting data and delivering business results.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to develop consumer-led joint strategies.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Solid communication and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
