Business Support Executive

We are seeking a skilled Business Support Executive to join our team at Premier Inn. As a key member of our Commercial Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our business customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients, and have a solid understanding of the hotel industry. You will also need to be proficient in using various software systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Booker.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting business customers with their queries and issues;
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across organisations;
- Providing training and support on our Business Booker system;
- Working closely with the Sales Team to identify new business opportunities;
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines, and resolving complex customer queries in a timely manner. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you
