This role is crucial to our business success as you will be responsible for identifying customer pain points and driving product and customer improvements. You will help identify growth opportunities, evaluate operational metrics, and provide top-tier customer service. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, result-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating across functional lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain user relationships within the UK and other territories, providing dedicated sales support to their business.
  • Achieve sales growth targets by assisting users in growing their business and expanding the overall power user base.
  • Conduct analysis on our most frequent users, helping to identify trends and patterns.
  • Streamline the on-boarding process for new users, creating on-boarding documents and emphasizing product features based on customer needs.
  • Work closely with customer service, operations, and product teams to troubleshoot customer challenges, resolve problems, and ensure a high quality of customer satisfaction.
  • Gather feedback and work closely with the product team to design, test, and launch new features.

About You

  • Significant experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Frequent interaction with other teams, leadership, and relevant stakeholders.
