At Red Tiger Consulting, we are seeking an exceptional Development Policy Specialist to join our team and work on a range of evaluation projects for various clients.

This exciting role will entail working on a diverse set of challenges, enabling you to build a portfolio that you are passionate about across key policy domains from innovation and placemaking to transport and net zero.

We are looking for someone with proficiency in working on process & impact evaluation, with relevant public, consulting, or private sector experience. If you are motivated by the prospect of working on dynamic projects that drive change, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear and concise manner. Strong communication skills are also essential, as the role will involve working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality results.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive team environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, each presenting its own unique challenges and opportunities. You will be responsible for designing and implementing evaluation strategies, collecting and analysing data, and providing recommendations to clients based on your findings.
