The Role
As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in our kitchen operations, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure seamless menu compilation and staff training.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement menu strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional service standards.
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and maintain a safe working environment.
- Support the Head Chef in their absence, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
