**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Manager to join our team at BAE Systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing advanced project reporting and scheduling, undertaking advanced problem solving, managing planning monitoring and control processes on a full project lifecycle, and consolidating expertise from multiple sources.

**Requirements**

  • APM Qualification or equivalent by experience
  • Demonstratable working experience within a project planning environment
  • Ability to support the implementation of appropriate PM&C approaches
  • Ability to problem solve in both established and new business environments

**Benefits**

Broadband connectivity is not available. However, we have excellent transport links with Barrow-in-Furness train station just a short taxi ride away, as well as regular bus services throughout the area. The town itself offers a wide range of amenities including supermarkets, shops, pubs, clubs, restaurants, cafes, takeaways and leisure facilities.

We offer a salary of approximately £45,628 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
