About the Job

We are seeking a talented Strategic Communications Manager to join our team at The Talent Crowd. Based in Preston or Liverpool, this role offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000 DOE and the opportunity to work on exciting projects with a dynamic team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in communications, with a minimum of five years' experience in defining key brand messages and delivering campaigns across various channels. They will also have a proven track record of success in project managing campaigns on time and to budget.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying target audiences, developing communications strategies, and creating an Employee Value Proposition to support talent acquisition. You will also be required to measure campaign effectiveness using a data-led approach.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years' experience working in communications
  • Proven track record of success in defining key brand messages and delivering campaigns
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to deliver campaigns on time and to budget
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to distill complex information into clear messaging
  • Data-led approach to measuring campaign effectiveness
