About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping department at Dakota Newcastle. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of housekeeping services.
- Develop and implement housekeeping standards and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across the hotel.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas of the hotel meet the required standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and control housekeeping budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a housekeeping management role in a hotel environment.
- Proven track record of delivering high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
