Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Product Ambassador to join our team at Park's Motor Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and showcasing our range of vehicles to potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively engage with customers and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences, from initial contact to delivery of the vehicle.
  • Utilize your expertise to promote our products and services through various marketing channels, including digital and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, including products, services, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
