About the Role

We are looking for someone with strong, recent experience working in a Subcontracting role in Further Education securing high levels of performance and compliance.

About the Candidate - Skills, Knowledge, Experience
  • Effective Performance Management, reporting against Key Performance Indicators.
  • Data analysis and planning skills to underpin robust planning and performance management.
  • Detailed knowledge of the Further Education Sector including funding / regulatory bodies roles / requirements.
  • Bid Preparation / Writing.
  • Quality Assurance of Education & Training Provision.
