About the Role

We are looking for a Wales Engagement Specialist to join our team and help shape the direction of how we engage with our members across Wales.

You will be the primary liaison between our members in Wales and our colleagues at The Law Society, promoting awareness of specific Welsh member issues and developing engagement plans.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop relationships with all active law societies, universities, junior lawyers, Welsh firms, and relevant Welsh stakeholders by attending meetings and contributing stories and other content to our communications team.

Estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing membership engagement campaigns.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the different devolved political environment, processes, and institutions.
  • Flexible working hours and ability to travel extensively across Wales.
