We are looking for an Inclusive Learning Specialist to join our team at Connex - Wales. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide high-quality support to children with additional needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and learning theories, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A valid Enhanced DBS check and EWC registration as a School Learning Support Worker are essential requirements.
As an Inclusive Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized plans for each pupil, providing general support to pupils with their learning and daily activities, and promoting independence and self-confidence.
This role offers a competitive daily rate of £76.92 (increasing to £96.00 after 12 weeks), PAYE paid weekly, and access to our SEND Toolkit skills development package. We also offer funded formal qualifications and a wellbeing programme.
