Team Power Placements is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to support company growth.

You will be based in the head office and be responsible for securing new business through targeted sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business in the hard FM sector
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Create and execute strategic business development plans
  • Support the Tender and Bid team in preparing professional presentations
  • Regularly prepare and present reports

Qualifications & Knowledge

  • Minimum of 5 years Business Development or sales experience within the hard FM sector
  • FM qualification desirable but not essential
  • In-depth understanding of the UK FM market, particularly hard services such as HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems
  • Experience with tender preparation and submission processes
  • Knowledge of digital marketing techniques

Strong work ethic and desired experience and qualifications will contribute to success in this role.
