Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Director to lead our coatings industry division. As a senior professional with a strong background in metal finishing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improvement, leveraging your expertise in quality assurance, health & safety, and continuous improvement.

We are offering a competitive salary of up to GBP80,000 per annum, depending on your experience, plus a bonus worth up to GBP10,000.

In this role, you will oversee the overall direction and strategy of our coatings division, working closely with our production teams to achieve business objectives. Your strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team will be essential in driving success and achieving business goals.
