**ABOUT US**
Kimal is a global medical devices company. Our surgical procedure packs and catheters are used in hospitals throughout the UK and around the world.
**THE ROLE**
In this role you will assist with the day to day running of quality control activities to ensure the company complies with any Regulatory Bodies and Associated Standards. Within the role you will inspect, record, and release all parts with an inspection status against their current specification sheets or physical samples. Reporting quality issues or outdated/incorrect specifications to the relevant personnel. Monitor the temperature of the UK Kimal locations. Prepare different glue and disinfectant formulations which are used in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. Carry out necessary calibration for all relevant measuring equipment to conform with the quality requirements as outlined in the calibration schedule. Manage Quarantine area and inventory. Communicate quarantined and expired stock via a monthly report. Reconcile all batch reports to ensure complete batches have been processed and certified sterile retaining records for the required retention period (including PSP packs).

Pay: £23,500.00 per year
